Babyland Furniture Inc. is a family owned business that was established in 1987 by Encarnacion Aviles (Known as Jr.) and two of his daughters.  It was when Jr was shopping for his first grandson, he realized San Jose was in need of a new baby store.  Jr realized that this could be a good opportunity to open a baby furniture store where Moms, Dads, Grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends can have a large selection of quality furniture at reasonable prices to choose from.  He chose 425 South Bascom Ave. for his first location.  With much thanks to you, our loyal customers, we outgrew our location two years later and moved to our current 12,000 square foot location at 1990 W. San Carlos St.  Here at our current location we can now offer our customers a large selection of baby items from baby bottles to baby furniture and discount prices. With Jr’s passing in 1992, the family made a big decision and proudly decided to continue what Jr loved to do most, which is to serve all of his loyal customers and welcoming all new customers. The family would like to thank all you, our valued customers, for 21 years of loyalty. We look forward for many more years to come.
